Garry is a highly effective communicator who excels at inspiring personnel and maximizing performance outcomes of those within his sphere of influence.

As Head of Connectivity Operations for Arcadis North America, Garry is responsible for leading the team that builds, deploys, maintains, and monitors the company’s network and security systems. His leadership is essential to ensuring reliable delivery of responsive network services to all locations and staff throughout the U.S. and Canada. In this role, Garry has been a catalyst to transforming the company into a service based global organization. He enhanced workflow efficiency across service areas by strengthening collaboration across domestic and global teams. Prior to being promoted to Head of Connectivity Operation, Garry was Manager of Network Operations for North America.  In this position, he diligently led the transformation to a wireless-first organization and developed a robust IT Infrastructure Services Strategy that included WAN, LAN, WLAN, WANX, and VPN. Before being promoted to Manager, Garry thrived as Senior Network Engineer. This role saw him lead a high-priority project aimed at combining the networks of 3 acquired companies within 11-months.

Prior to cultivating a flourishing career at Arcadis, Garry was instrumental to the development of several start-up telecommunications and Internet service providers, as well as the design and implementation of a network operations command center for a national data hosting provider. After transitioning his focus to architectural and environmental services centric information technology, he led the standardized unification of wide area networks for over 15 mergers and acquisitions. During this timeline, Garry skillfully built several data centers from the ground up, including a Tier 3 high density facility with a focus on construction of the secure NOC facility.

Outside of work, Garry likes to stay engaged with his community and enjoys growing profitability of his startup home rental business. He is Vice President of the Arrowhead Shores Homeowner Association and in 2020 was elected Secretary of the Roxborough Village Metropolitan District. He is also GABF Team Captain at Brewers Association and helps organize 150+ people to support The Great American Beer Festival, America’s oldest and largest beer festival that educates 60K beer enthusiasts and brewers attending each annual event.

Garry’s future goals include empowering organizations to flourish by fostering an environment of unity, synergy and operational effectiveness. His big picture vision and detailed approach to strategic planning firmly position Garry to make an immediate, sustained impact and help enhance performance outcomes.
